What you will simulate and the goal of the simulation:

Optimization of the processes of the company, make the as-is VSM and simulation and see where the problems are. Afterwards make an to-be VSM and simulation of how it should be.

Or I can use the information about Bombardier in Bruges that I gathered earlier to make a simulation about a part of their plant and how to optimize it.

But I prefer to look for another company when I am back at home and gather their process information, make a simulation about it and optimize it.


What method and simulation environment you plan to use.:

It is a discrete simulation so I will use simprocess
