Finding the optimal number of shelters with optimal capacity to keep the number of residents safety.
Global variables
- Number of evacuated people
- Number of shelters
- Shelters capacity
- Frequency of the flood(optional? but they have to know how often it comes right?)
Outcome
Simulation should determine the shortest way to the shelter or out of the flood area and how many shelters should be available in flood area to keep residents safety. The main goal is keep all people alive.
