User can modify number of population, number of infected at start, number of people with immunity at start, virus transmission rate, virus mortality rate, hospital capacity, rate at which turtles move, and recovery rate. The model will be shown on a map of the Czechia The user will be able to enter the initial counts and rates of these variables. Then the turtles will move freely within the Czechia.  The infection rate will be calculated based on the given parameters. That is, using the virus transmission rate and quarantine effort.
